Tasting Notes:

Wine produced with nebbiolo, barbera merlot e cabernet sauvignon grapes. The colour is ruby red with purple tints. On the nose it offers notes of raspberries, ripe fruits while on the palate this wine is fresh and particularly pleasant, well balance acidity and tannins.

Vinification:

Fermented in Stainless Steel tanks

Aging:

Aged in a combination of Stainless Steel and French Oak Barriques for 6 months. Followed by an additional 6 months refining in bottle.

Food Pairings:

Roasts, especially Pork and Beef, Steaks, Pastas with red sauces.
