Tasting Notes:

Colour: Deep ruby red with tinges that turn to violet
Aroma: Intense with a strong ripe fruit, wild berries and dried fruit
Taste: Sweet, with a pleasant aftertaste of citrus and liquorice

Vinification:

After careful selection,the grapes are dried on straw mats in controlled
environment in order to guarantee a gradual and consistent drying process.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with constant pumping
then the wine is poured in barrique to slowly complete the
fermentation process (sugar g/L 120/150).

Aging:

French Oak: 15mths- Bottle: 8mths
Approximately 10-15 years
