Tasting Notes:

Light straw colour with greenish tint the bouquet is fairly intense with an elegant fragrance, the palate is light to medium bodied with flavours of apricot, and apples.

Vinification:

Static decanting of must after destemming and soft pressing cold controlled fermentation and refinement in stainless steel.

Aging:

Stainless Steel at 18-20 degrees for 15 days

Food Pairings:

Seafood, shellfish and simply prepared chicken, pork schnitzel or veal dishes match well with the wine's acidity cutting through the oiliness. Also deep-fried and salty foods.
