Light straw-yellow wine with a light, pleasant aroma. Dry and lean, full-bodied and harmonious, with a distinct almond aftertaste

Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C

Aging:

Aged in stainless steel vats.

Food Pairings:

Mates well with hors d’oeuvres, firstcourse dishes, seafood and white meats including fowl, veal and pork. Serve at 8 - 10°C.
