Tasting Notes:

Delicious white, with aromas and flavors of lemon grass and sherbet. Full-bodied, with a caressing mouth feel and balanced finish. Lime and mineral character. Fresh throughout.

Vinification:

Destemming, cryomaceration and pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation (16°C) in stainless steel, thermoconditioned vats for 20-25 days

Aging:

On the lees for three months followed by at least three months in bottle.

Food Pairings:

It’s the great wine for matching. It comes out of its own with lots of foods, especially seasoned raw ham, raw or slightly cooked slices of ham and fish, with pasta or rice main courses when they take up a sweet taste given by the starch
