Tasting Notes:

A deeper and richer wine than the previous vintage. More dark fruit and mocha, vanilla and spice characteristics. The wine is more full-bodied and finishes longer and stronger.

Vinification:

Non-aggressive destemming and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation (28°C) in thermo-conditioned stainless steel vats for 15-20 days

Aging:

8 months in cement vats, no longer using any oak on this wine.
